Reserving Appointments
All services require prepayment. You will receive instant confirmation once the appointment is scheduled as well as an email confirmation. Reminders are sent 48 and 24 hours prior to appointments.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of all scheduled services or forfeit all pre-paid services.
Cancellation fee is non-transferable.
Scheduling your appointment is confirmation that you agree to the cancellation/reschedule policy.
All completed services are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Photo/Video/Cell Phone Policy
No photos/videos are allowed during your service. Unless we have a signed photo/video release with mutual parties allowing the rights of photo/video material.
No phone calls/texting during your appointment. Please silence your phone upon arrival. This includes the use of headphones/smart watches.
COVID-19 Policies
Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms (cough, sore throat, fever, or muscle aches).
Arrive only at the time of your appointment. Please do not arrive before your appointment. Time is needed to properly sanitize/disinfect the room. Text me when you arrive so I can let you know when you may come inside.
Your service provider will wear gloves and a mask during your appointment.
No children or additional guests are allowed inside with you.
